Through her roles as an engaging facilitator, mentor, coach and speaker, Denni has explored a different way of being for executives who wish to 'show up,' be present in every aspect of their life, find meaning and identify their legacy.

As Founder of Qualia Learning Network, she is committed to assisting people achieve higher levels of performance with increased personal stress resilience through personal coaching and leadership programs that have been implemented by Federal and State Governments, and national and multinational organizations in Australia and the Middle East.

At Qualia Learning Network she is the principal facilitator of the Superworking® program, a leadership program implemented by large organisations such as IBM, Shell,  Barclays Bank, Geoscience Australia.

Denni has an extensive background in business including the textile industry, retail, health and well-being and corporate training and development. Having built her large national organisation before founding Qualia Denni understands the complexities of balancing key business performance outcomes with the real need to build and nurture human communities.
