The last "Insight" television program on SBS on 3rd November was dedicated to intelligence - What is it? How do you get more of it? And just as importantly what can be done to maintain the health of our brain and even increase our cognitive function for as long as possible.
Given the neuroscience that sits behind the Superworking program, and I believe, one of keys that makes the program so successful, I thought some of the information was worth passing on.
