The Challenge of Leadership Program
Duration: 3 days The Challenge of Leadership Program immerses participants in a simulated business environment where teams deal with leadership dilemmas in real time on the way to building a successful high-performing business. Participants are able to examine and test their current approach to leading teams, and then adapt their responses to business challenges in a safe and engaging environment. The program improves the capacity for problem solving, negotiation and decision-making. It builds strategic awareness in executives and develops a greater sense of how to deal with difficult situations. |
